So what is Online Backup? Our online backup solution, DataAssurance™, allows companies to backup their data, whether it is located on a PC, Mac, or Server to a secure offsite location.
How does it work? It is simple. We install a very small, non-intrusive agent, then we select the files that are critical and need to be backed up, and finally we set the schedule for the files to be automatically backed up. The schedule can be daily, weekly, monthly, or a combination for more protection
Through the installed agent, we are able to manage and monitor the backup process to ensure complete protection. If a backup job fails for any reason or if a file is not properly backed up, we are instantly notified and will check to verify what the issue is.
